While at the Grosvenor School of Art, Suzanne Cooper and her fellow students would often paint local street scenes. This lively scene depicts Bloomfield Terrace in Pimlico. A pretty street of Victorian houses, it is still remarkable for the striped awnings over the windows and doors.
